Cowboy Jack's: A High-End Bar & Restaurant with a Cowboy Theme

Just happened to see this place and decided to give it a try. I’m SO GLAD we did. Told the waitress it was our first time and she gave us a rundown of happy hour and I asked her for her favorite item. We ordered off the happy hour menu so we could try a few shareable items. Ended up with potato skins, bbq chicken sliders, and bbq pork sliders. I would go back and get the same thing and be happy! I need to find one closer to where I live but if not we’ll traverse here! Soft slider buns, great flavor on both meats, just enough filling to fill the bun but not lose everything and simple but flavorful potato skins. Skins came with a small side of sour cream and salsa. They have a few beers on tap and the Coors Light hit the spot. I will be going back to try most everything in the next week or two. MUST TRY bar and restaurant with plenty of booths and open seating!

Fun place to watch a game . Friendly staff. Looking forward to eating here. We just came for a drink. They have outdoor seating even in the winter. It is a heated area. So if you enjoy a cigar with your Whiskey then you can take your drink out side to the heated area. Very warm under the heater. They also have a specials several nights out of the week for food and drink. WE are in town for 2 weeks so we will be back to try some of the food on the menu.

We had a wonderful meal at Cowboy Jack's Plymouth! Our server Krysta was super friendly and welcoming, and the manager Cierra was amazing! We had the Chuckwagon Mac N Cheese and the Brotherly Love bowl, both of which were filling and delicious. I'm not normally a bar patron, but I would come again for the great service alone!

The Cowboy Jack's TV is obnoxious. Taps are out again. Menu changed a while back. Sigh. (August '25) My husband can't get enough of the scorpion wings and happy hour beer. I'm along for the ride as it's usually his choice. They changed the pizza But the staff is still great!

Wife ordered a wrap which she said was delicious I had a BBQ bacon cheeseburger that was very delicious our wait staff was fantastic what a great experience

My fiancee had gotten the 10$ bucket of wings, the bourbon Sriracha flavor, and found that there were 28 wings in there, with plenty of sauce. He has stated of them being amazing, and having a nice sweet spiciness. The bucket for 10$ is on Tuesday nights from 5pm to 10pm. The other deals they have every other day is in the pic showing the welcome. I had gotten the house ceasar, though modified, as well as the cowboy queso, adding taco beef. The homemade croutons were great to go with the salad, so that was a nice bonus. As for the queso, it had a little bit of heat to it, but otherwise delicious. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion for the queso and tortilla being a decent size. The waitress was awesome. Felt bad that she had to serve even with a bandaged wrist because of it being sore and slightly swollen, though. I recommend at least one visit here. For the whole thing, we paid only 45$.

Great food and excellent service. Great little cowboy setting atmosphere. If you're looking for place to take some friends too, for a night out watching the game this is a good spot. As well as a nice dining area for a dinner for 2. They also have a outdoor firepit in the front. They have raffle games while I was there for free drinks. The steak was great. My friend had his steak cooked wrong but the manager not only had it cooked again but discontinued his food and gave him a 26 dollar voucher. Definitely check them out.

My wife and I went Sunday afternoon around 3pm. I was so happy we chose to go. The sirloin tips were so tender, juicy and flavorful. I ordered nachos with extra beef, which was artfully created and delicious. Our server was a pro too! Looking forward to our next visit!
